The Royal Palm Restaurant is set on the intimate 35-acre grounds of Ottley’s Plantation Inn, a converted 17th-century sugar plantation in St. Kitts, West Indies. The owners share the restaurant’s signature plates including the sweet potato and lime chili soup, the Lobster L’Antillaise decorated with the island flavors of coconut and tamarind and an herb-crusted rack of lamb accented with Cabernet sauce, apricots and mushrooms.
